Research Use Only Agreement

By purchasing from Poseidon's Tides, you agree to the following:

• All products are sold for in-vitro laboratory research only.
• Products are not evaluated or approved by the FDA and are not for human or veterinary use.
• Products must not be incorporated into any food, drug, supplement, cosmetic, medical device or diagnostic product.
• Purchasers must be 21 or older, be a researcher or research organization, and have the training, laboratory setting and legal right to possess these materials.
• The buyer bears all risk for handling, storage, use and disposal.
• No resale, repackaging or relabeling for human or veterinary use.
• We may refuse or cancel orders, and close accounts, where misuse is suspected.
• Placing an order constitutes acceptance of this agreement.
